Adapter Shimano SPD-SL to Flat Pedal

I constructed a pedal adapter from a SPD-SL pedal to a flat pedal. This makes it possible to use SPD-SL pedals (usually on a racing bike) with "normal" shoes without cleats. I use it with flat pedal mountain bike shoes, especially for touring with a road bike with minimal luggage or similar occasions. Before I build it, I buy some pedal adapters, but they are small and have a very weak grip. To solve this problem, my construction has a pyramid structure surface and there are 5 metal pins to increase grip addionally.
