This adapter attaches to the top of the enclosure and lets you reuse the 2 spool holder that came with your MK3S instead of the 5-spool holder that is in the PRUSA V2 Lack enclosure design which reuses some of the MM2U parts (which I don't have). The print time is 3H 50M. This can be printed in PETG, ABS or ASA. PLA is NOT recommended. Filament color can be any color you prefer. I used Black PETG to match the table top and spool holder.</p> <h3> Post-Printing</h3> <p><strong>Remove support after printing</strong></p> <p>There is only 1 support that needs to be removed in the center of the print. This is a slot that the MK3S spool holder must engage in when assembled.</p> <p>Attach to top of table using qty 5 #10 3/4" or M5x20mm screws. Do not over tighten. The top of the Lack table is not solid and it is easy to over tighten the screws and strip the holes.</p> <p>Note orientation of spool holder in image.</p> <p>Add 2 holes in top of the table to feed the filament through. You can use PTFE tubing if you prefer. If you use a PTFE tube then drill the hole slightly smaller than the O.D. of the tubing you are using. This will hold the tubing without trying to glue it or using a Bowden fitting.
