I designed an adapter plate for this Latching Broom Handle Clamp Hanger Holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2031690. To assemble it, simply glue the parts together and use it with coaxis-Profil, a common German aluminum profile system. You can see pictures of it in action. I created two versions to accommodate different needs - one for an 18mm inner height and another that fits the standard holder.
