I needed an adapter to hang a terminal block on the side of my eTopxizu 12v 30a DC universal regulated switching power supply. The product is available on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00D7CWSCG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07__o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1. The holes in the power supply are spaced as follows: 4mm through-holes are 25mm apart, while 3mm threaded holes are 32mm apart.
