Adapter between the Gardena system and GOST 8762-75 gas masks and filters. The versions with support seem to have no gap for the rubber ring, requiring removal of the support if a seal is intended. Be cautious that long and/or narrow tubes hinder breathing. Unless different tubes are used for in and out, suffocation is likely. Also, garden hoses aren't designed for respiration, potentially containing harmful chemicals or bacteria, and may easily get blocked on bends. Be careful to avoid death.
