Adapter from 1/4" male to M14 male for a plasma cutter
prusaprinters

A simple adapter I made to connect my plasma cutting torch to an air compressor. Use Teflon tape on the 1/4" end to screw in the rest of the armature, the hemispherical end was well sealed without any gaskets with a PET-print.

Print Settings

Printer:

Craftbot

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.1 mm

Infill:

25 %

Notes:

Use thick walls and 10 top/bottom layers. Print slowly for precision, I used 20 mm/s. I would suggest you use PET, it is a good material for this kind of thing, because it is not brittle, but Nylon, PC, ABS or PLA (listen in order of suitability, PLA can be brittle) should work too.

Category: DIY
