This is an adapter to connect anything to the handle of the concept2 rowing machine. I like to study when I row, so I watch videos. But i was missing being able to scroll back a bit in the video. Basically, I needed a small keyboard with arrows (left, right, down). I was surprised I could not a simple solution to my problem. At the end I found a tripod-phone-holder, a small wireless keyboard. Very easy to install (a 20mm 1/4 20 screw and small 3d printed part) and it works very well. In theory this keyboard can be programmed to do macros, so one key could trigger a sequence of events in the computer. The phone holder is a Neewer Rotable Smartphone Clip (part number 9978) The keyboard is a Rii i8+ Mini Wireless Touch Keyboard
