Needed to replace my bad rolling shutter motor. Didn't want to replace by original part as this was too expensive for me and not durable. So I bought something rigid and tough and inexpensive with manual adjustable limit switches. Electronic of my previous High-Tech shutters failed (2 out of 8!). During repair works I figured out that the org. adapter was too short, so I designed this and am happy with it. The driveshaft is an octoagonal shaft (8-Kant-Welle Ø60mm). For axial fixation I drilles two Ø4mm holes into the shaft (180° opposite sides). Measured the necessary distance when all bearing points are met. Then drilles a Ø4mm hole through the PETG (Be carefull and do not damage the motor by drilling too deep!), inserted a heat inset and fixed the shaft on two places with an M3 countersink screwhat screw. Works fine!
