Adapter for JCB Jet Washer to Aldi WorkZone Jet Washer
thingiverse
Update:29/04/18 The adapter performed adequately, but the set tolerance still permitted water to seep through the O-ring. I'm skeptical that the part would survive more than a few hours in its current design, with the weak spot being the original JCB nozzle configuration. The rotary head of my Aldi lance is consistently sticking, and it will be discarded, so I doubt I'll continue testing or developing this project further. Adapter for JCB (Model:JCB-PW9TSS) Jet Washer to Aldi WorkZone Jet Washer I specifically designed this adapter for the Aldi Workzone Patio Lance/Cleaning Attachment. The print should be oriented horizontally to maximize its strength. I have printed it with PETG, at 50% infill and 8 perimeters. A spacer is included to be inserted at the JCB end after the bayonet connection, helping to take some of the load from the JCB male connector tube, which appears to be the weakest part of this component. This spacer is not essential; it may just help distribute some of the load when the lance is levered. You'll need the original spring from a Work Zone/Aldi fitting and an O-ring from one of the JCB or similar fittings. This project is still in development - I haven't tested it on the Jet Washer yet. I will update after testing.
