Adapter for E3D V6/Volcano ducts and 5015 fan.

Got my Hemera from E3D and noticed a lack of mounting options for my CR10. So I downloaded the base mounting plate from 3DM and merged the EZABL mount into it, so I could print it in one piece. That still leaves me with my 5015 and no way to mount it. After testfitting a number of Thingiverse 5015 fanducts in Blender, I noticed that the ducts by Hangtight could be made to work by simply mirroring the models so the fan sits on the right side. So all I needed to do was model an adapter that will fit the Hemera mounting holes, which is the red part in the preview image. I included the volcano fan duct, because that's the one I plan on using with my Hemera. Mirror the models before printing so the fan is on the right instead of the left-side.
