**Warning:** Although this adapter has undergone rigorous testing for medical use, it remains uncertified due to an emergency situation in the Czech Republic where doctors lacked sufficient protective gear. I was approached by the anesthesiology team leader to provide a temporary solution within 48 hours, and I accept no liability for using the 3D printed part. The concept of connecting a high-quality full-face snorkeling mask with available filters via an adapter is based on a similar project by the covid19cz.cz team. However, due to differences in masks and filters used, I created this adapter from scratch using Fusion 360. **Important Considerations:** • Verify schematics with necessary equipment before proceeding! You will need a mask, two filters, some sealing teflon tape, and then 3D print your adapter from quality CPE or PETG. • The adapter can be mounted in two orientations - either filters facing up (as shown) or filters oriented backwards. Find the configuration that suits you best. • Before deploying the adapter for medical use, ensure it is thoroughly disinfected, and all joints are secure. During operation, maintain proper handling of the mask and regularly inspect and clean with disinfectants against viruses and bacteria to prevent contamination.
