I'm buying filament in 1kg spools because my printer only takes 0.5kg spools, so I've always been forced to rewind the filament from one spool to another. It's never convenient nor fast enough. That's why I created a solution that solves this problem for good. The adapter is designed to fit on any regular hexagonal drill bit and its functionality speaks volumes about my ingenuity. You can use the adapter to hold one spool while using your imagination to come up with creative ways to secure another spool. This particular adapter was made specifically for the FlashForge Dreamer 2's 0.5kg spools but feel free to experiment and see if it fits your other spools too.
