Adapter 40mm Profile to 50mm support wheels

To upgrade a table built from 40mm profile to be mobile, wheels were required to make it moveable. Those capable of carrying the weight had 50x50mm fixtures attached. This adapter was designed to mount these wheels onto a 40mm profile frame. Metric nuts M6 securely hold corners in place to attach the wheel, and a center hole is precisely drilled at 6.5mm to accommodate an M6 screw for secure mounting into the profile. Each wheel can support up to 40kg, and PLA material is more than capable of handling that load. Print Settings Printer: DIY-Printer Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: High infill density is recommended to support up to 50kg per wheel. Perhaps 20% infill would have been sufficient for this application. Support in the corners and center of the print is necessary for a clean finish.
