This is a replacement part created to adapt the 100 k linear Precision Potentiometer 4113305315 (https://www.conrad.fr/p/potentiometre-de-precision-100-k-lineaire-4113305315-mono-avec-interrupteur-2-tours-1-pcs-452085) on my Electrolux EKM 4100 pastry robot. Originally, this robot had a two-part potentiometer of 90 kΩ with an interrupter that went from 10 kΩ to 10 kΩ. With wear and tear, the potentiometer no longer returns to 0 kΩ in the off position and the robot stops working (LED blue flashing). Adding a resistor can solve the problem, except when it's the "interrupter" part that doesn't work anymore. In this case, we can shunt and add another micro-interrupter in addition to the one already present. However, I believe the best solution to be safe is to replace the potentiometer. I therefore replaced the original potentiometer with a 100 kΩ linear precision potentiometer with an interrupter as it's what I found that comes closest to the original. My robot works perfectly with this new potentiometer, except for the marking/progressivity of the speeds which no longer correspond, but the 10 speeds are still there (see my video for operation). Ideally, a small printed circuit board would be created in addition to accommodate the wiring in the same style as the original one. However, I don't have the necessary knowledge to do this. I soldered the wires directly onto the pins of the potentiometer with thermoplastic shrink tube and solidified everything with hot glue. For the connection to the potentiometer, see the image.
