adaptateur batterie makita 18v sur machine Duro (Aldi)
thingiverse
I couldn't find an extra battery for my Duro disk grinder, so I decided to adapt my Makita batteries. After checking, the 20v Duro battery is actually a 18v, no problem at all. I used a Makita battery holder I found on this website (I don't remember which one) and then created my adapter in Fusion 360. To attach the two parts, it's quite simple: I planned to use two M5 flat head screws. I only put one for now because I didn't have any others in stock (confinement obliged us to make do with what we had). The total length is 20mm and it seems to hold up pretty well with just one. Concerning the spring, I used a pen spring cut to 15mm long. There are two small holes provided for calibration. For the two flanges, I used an old corrugated iron sheet waiting to be taken away to the dump.
