Adaptable wind turbine
pinshape
A versatile wind turbine system that can be adapted to fit any desired application, has been successfully implemented on a compact box to harness energy through a small generator. The possibilities are endless and rely solely on one's creativity. This adaptable system is easily installed on a 10-inch diameter threaded rod secured with bolts and washers. It is crucial to use adhesive to firmly attach the four blades to their two supports. Visual references in the accompanying photos illustrate both theoretical airflow diagrams and simulations performed using SolidWorks software. Notably, the simulated air flow direction is inverted compared to the diagrammatic representation. To manufacture the turbine's blades, a 3D printer was utilized that could initially print a base before printing the blade itself on top of it. The system's dimensions measure 200x200 mm, but it can be scaled up or down as needed.
