I created these custom thread profiles for the NATO M40 according to an old standard floating online. FILET the threads 1.0-1.3mm to ensure they fit your cartridge if you're unsure, check the model to make sure your adapter fits your mask. SLDPRT Model, STL, and thread tap/die are provided. Replace or import them into your existing one in ProgramData for Solidworks. I'm focusing on this work now as school and internship fell through.
