Adafruit Sharp Memory Display Breakout Soldering Fixture
thingiverse
I recently created another soldering fixture for one of my frequently used modules, which is the Sharp Memory Display Breakout from Adafruit. To assemble this device, simply insert a 1x9 2.54mm/0.1" header strip with long pins into the fixture's channel, place the module on top of it, and solder in place. This process is straightforward and efficient. I would like to thank Adafruit for allowing me to use their mechanical model in the image above, which also served as a reference point for my design. Although I am not an Eagle user, I was able to create this fixture without importing all of the PCB components that are typically included in such designs. This is evident from the red rectangles that replace these components in my design. In short, Adafruit deserves credit for their excellent mechanical design, which I was able to build upon without needing every detail.
