Adafruit Micro LiPo Charger Case
thingiverse
This is a straightforward project involving the Adafruit LiPo Battery MicroUSB Charging Chip. I opted for this setup to provide some protection for the charging circuit, which can be a concern when exposed. All that's needed to complete the case are four M2 x 16mm screws and four M2 hex nuts. The chip is placed inside the case body, and then the lid is secured on top with the M2 nuts and screws. This setup allows for easy removal or replacement of the case as needed. No supports are required for this project. I recommend using PETG instead of PLA due to its higher heat resistance. If you plan to modify the chip up to 500mA charging rate, PETG is a safer choice.
