Redesigned LarsonLR battery charger using Fusion 360 with sleek new features. The lid now sticks together perfectly without the need for glue. Added a subtle lip to cradle the battery securely underneath. A plus sign is prominently displayed, clearly indicating the location of the positive voltage pin. Reduced plastic thickness for a more streamlined design. Pins were moved upward by 2mm to ensure optimal connection with the battery terminals. As for repurposing old Nokia BL-5C batteries, I'm still exploring possibilities. Research on their discharge characteristics has led me to this site: http://www.muonhunter.com/blog/nokia-bl-5c-battery-discharge-characteristics. According to the research, the typical maximum discharge current of these batteries is 230mA, although a reliable factory figure remains elusive due to inconsistencies in available data.
