This item is the shroud piece that goes around the caddy bay for my bl860c I2 server blade. I would recommend printing it face-down with supports at >= 75deg. I printed mine out of nylon, but my test piece was out of PLA. If you print out of PLA, you can do short (~1sec) blasts with the blowtorch to get a smooth-ish finish, and likely adhere the outer layers better to increase the integrity of the locating pegs and the clips (I tried this with the nylon, but it didn't really do much).
