This ballast substitute dummy steps in for the original headlight ballast on a 2010 Acura TL. Replacing HID headlights with brand-new LED lights on my 2010 Acura TL left me with a 40mm hole where the original ballast used to be. This replacement dummy fills that hole and adds an extra hole to route wiring from the new LED replacement light through.
