This is a keychain modelled in Blender, Meshmixer, Inkscape and 123D design. Found on Wikipedia at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blizzard_Entertainment. Blizzard Entertainment is an American video game developer based in Irvine, California. The company was founded on February 8, 1991 by three University of California, Los Angeles graduates: Michael Morhaime, Frank Pearce and Allen Adham. They originally worked on game ports before developing their own games in 1993 with Rock n' Roll Racing and The Lost Vikings. In 1994, the company changed its name to Blizzard Entertainment after being acquired by distributor Davidson & Associates. Shortly after, they released Warcraft: Orcs & Humans and several other successful video games including sequels to Warcraft, Diablo and StarCraft. Their recent projects include Reaper of Souls, a Diablo III expansion; Hearthstone, an online collectible card game; Battle for Azeroth, the seventh World of Warcraft expansion; Heroes of the Storm, a multiplayer online battle arena; Legacy of the Void, the final StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty expansion; and Overwatch, a first-person hero shooter. On July 9, 2008, Activision merged with Vivendi Games, resulting in the inclusion of Blizzard's brand name in the title of the holding company. On July 25, 2013, Activision Blizzard announced the purchase of 429 million shares from majority owner Vivendi, making them a completely independent company. Blizzard Entertainment hosts conventions for fans to meet and promote their games: BlizzCon in California and the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational in other countries. I printed this model in white Ultimaker PLA using a 0.2mm resolution and 18% infill with an 0.4mm nozzle, including a skirt. Design Process: I picked a logo from my browser, converted it to SVG format in Inkscape (see video), opened the file in Blender and made it a 3D object. I repaired the file and erased some aspects in Meshmixer, then rearranged the logo using the 'separate files' function. In 123D design, I modelled a template for a keychain, combined it with the Activision Blizzard logo, exported the finished model into Netfabb Online Service to reduce its filesize and sliced it for printing.
