Active cooling fan bracket for 40mm Fans

This clip is engineered to securely fasten a single 40mm fan at an angle to another one, effectively doubling as a print cooling fan for materials like PLA. If you possess a fully metal hotend that necessitates its own fan continuously operating, this attachment allows it to join the existing setup, enabling both the hotend and active cooling fans to occupy the same space. To date, I haven't required a directional nozzle for this particular application, but one could easily create such an accessory by integrating with the two free mounting holes found on the fan. Instructions 1) Simply print the bracket using your standard settings, as it is readily placed within the provided .STL. 2) Attach the active cooling fan to its designated angled section via M3 Screws. 3) Securely attach the entire assembly consisting of the active cooling fan and the mounting bracket to the hotend cooling fan using 2 M3 screws. 4) Firmly connect the hotend cooling fan to the extruder carriage with 2 additional M3 screws. 5) Enjoy improved cooling for your PLA prints.
