Active bed leveling print
thingiverse
This is a 0.2 mm precision calibration test.\n\n \n \n Essential Procedure\nWhen printer performance suffers due to switching between ABS and PLA filament types, try this trick I designed out of necessity. I rely on it frequently to adjust my heated print surface temperature for optimal results. \nThis customized calibration sequence prints five precision squares in key locations - one in the center and four more at each corner. The instant a square fails to adhere properly, quickly raise the bed by a tiny amount at that specific corner to resolve the issue. Similarly, if your printer starts clicking excessively while trying to print a square, lower the bed slightly at that particular corner \nSometimes, I make on-the-fly adjustments mid-print to achieve the perfect alignment of all five squares. Successfully printing all five precision squares at once ensures accurate and stable bed calibration.
