Activated carbon air filters are being used to reduce fumes emitted by resin printing machines. Activated carbon can be found in pet stores for use in fish tanks or purchased on Amazon. Only a small amount is required, approximately 50mm of the gravel-like material was sufficient to eliminate all fumes. This setup was initially tested as a proof-of-concept and the printer had to be balanced carefully atop the filter. Nevertheless, it proved effective. STL and STEP files are available for easy importation and editing into various programs.
