I created this item as an adapter for my actioncame, Osmo Action. I needed to mount it on a 22mm diameter pole. As you can see from the pictures it was extremely easy, with just the addition of 2 M4 bolts, 2 M4 nuts and 4 washers, to securely lock the mount onto the 22mm diameter crossbar of my camera set. I then attached my actioncame's adhesive mount to this adapter. The fixing is safe and firm.However, you can fix on the plane of the support any adhesive base for actioncame. The flat surface for adhesion measures 45x45 mm.
