I scaled the crane up a bit from the original for use with action figures. I wanted a working crane, so I split it in half and added a simple winch inside. The boom pin, winch pin and by placing the base in a tight pedestal keep the two halves together. I mounted mine to something else, so I didn't make a file for the base.
