I built a rugged yet straightforward camera mount for my Traxxas Rustler to capture some intense FPV footage. The design is perfect for attaching a Maxxter action camera, but it will also work with any other camera that has an M6 thread. The mount itself uses a durable M6 round head square neck bolt and a secure lock nut to hold the camera case firmly in place. To attach the mount to my Rustler, I simply use existing screws on the steering servo cover plate - no additional modifications required.
