I designed a custom camera mount specifically for the frame fork tube on my bike, which has an interior diameter of 34mm. For this particular component, I decided to use TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) material exclusively for the internal parts, as it will serve as a sealing mechanism. To ensure a secure installation, two M6 bolts with a length of 16mm are required.
