I've been honing my skills in silicone mold creation, experimenting with various techniques to craft durable molds from scratch. To aid me in this process, I employ 2.3mm thick acrylic sheets as makeshift mold boxes for small-scale projects. To streamline my workflow and minimize errors, I designed an acrylic sheet holder that enables me to construct a scaffold around the sheets and secure them firmly while applying hot glue. This innovation has significantly simplified the assembly process, allowing me to focus on more complex aspects of mold creation. I'm sharing this solution in case it proves useful to fellow DIY enthusiasts or makers seeking efficient mold-making solutions.
