Acrylic PPE face shield holder for A4 PVC plastic

This is a clear acrylic face shield holder, precision-cut with laser technology. The solid plastic construction makes it effortless to clean and maintain hygiene. The PVC front panel can be easily swapped out when necessary. To enhance comfort, you can add a P rubber strip to soften the touch against your forehead. For optimal performance, the plastic sheet should be 5mm thick. Holes are precision-punched using a European 2-hole punch maker with an 80mm hole spacing (refer to the accompanying A4 PVC sheet drawing). The contoured rear design allows for a smooth fit over your forehead. This holder has been optimized from its predecessor, a 3D printed model available on retrolabs.com: https://retrolabs.com/3d-prints/3d-printed-face-shield-with-10-mil-pvc. While effective, the original 3D printed version is slow to produce and presents hygiene challenges for extended use.
