Acrylic Door Hinge
thingiverse
Designed this for my 3mm Acrylic door for my printer enclosure. The fittings are friction fitted and so your results may vary depending on the accuracy of your printer. If the top hinges are not tight enough and slip out it will break the bottom post for the hinge mount. The drill holes are designed to have a flush fit with standard 12mm countersunk wood screws as my enclosure is an old set of desk drawers. Added 6mm acrylic pieces. Actual gap is 5.9mm to create a good fit, depending on your printers tolerance. Printing: 15% Infill, I used 0.15 layer height for a more aesthetic look. No supports needed.
