Acrylic Door for NCYP Geometric Terrarium

This is an extension for an existing NCYP Terrarium, which can be buy on amazon.de. (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B019MJ080G/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_VFVK44NBMZP1ZJMSMN9A?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) The main part is the 3mm clear acrylic front door, which was cut on a 80W Co2 laser machine. The design can be found in the attached dxf file. You also need two hinges. I choose a 24x25mm hinge with 19mm drill distance. If you use other hinges, you may have to chance the drill distance and die drill diameter. To attach the hinges at the door, you need screws, nuts and a polyamide washer between. Otherwise the acrylic may will broke. To attach the hinges on the glass plate, you have to use a doubled coated tape. I chose a very strong foam tape. The handle was build with a 10x5mm plastic tube and a M3x10 screw. Have fun!
