Acrylic case for a 4x4x4 LED-Cube

thingiverse

This LED Cube, created using an ATMega32 microcontroller, was designed long ago but recently built. The design is based on the instructions provided at http://www.instructables.com/id/LED-Cube-4x4x4/?ALLSTEPS. To construct it, cut 3mm clear acrylic parts and assemble them carefully, taking note of the sideplate pin positions. The PCB design can be found in the PDF files. Attach two switches to the front plate with superglue, and if a removable cube is desired, add female headers to the pcb enclosure top part. Wire everything together, mount the PCB using 5mm spacers and M3 screws, program the cube, and enjoy your LED Cube creation!
