The phone stand is crafted through a process of bending acrylic sheets ranging from 1.5mm to 5mm in thickness. To achieve this, the acrylic material is first cut into precise shapes using a laser cutter, before being carefully shaped and molded into its desired form using a heat gun. An added feature allows users to create a two-dimensional puzzle piece made from 1.5mm cardboard, which can then be used as a mold to shape the acrylic into the correct shape.
