This 6-pack holder, made from .093 (3/32) thick clear acrylic, was crafted using a tweaked .dxf file from timogiles and materials sourced at Home Depot. Laser cutting was employed for fabrication, while 4-40 screws were shortened to 3/8" with brass used in this instance. The outcome is visually appealing, and acrylic provides a polished edge without charring or burn marks. However, the .093" thickness may be insufficient for optimal comfort; thicker alternatives are available, albeit at higher costs. Adding strategically placed LED lights could enhance its visual appeal further.
