Want to give your AcroBrat a stylish makeover? Think bumpers would look great on the AcroBrat? Want some landing feet to shield the side plates? These bumpers were inspired by the ones seen on a prototype in Tommy's promo video. I designed several lightweight bumper designs for my AcroBrat and want to share them with you. They all feature integrated landing feet that help safeguard the side plates. That's awesome! The best part is, these bumpers don't require disassembling your AcroBrat to fit - they simply snap onto the frame and are held securely without zip ties. The exception is the softmount version of the bumper, which naturally fits between the motors and the frame. There are three bumpers in this pack: * A basic bumper that covers the cross-bar of the frame. * A full-width bumper that wraps around the arm ends for extra protection. * A full-width bumper as above, but also including soft mounting. Please share your feedback, suggestions on more versions, and requests for additional features. Enjoy! Best printed with a 2-layer high skirt. The supports are easiest to remove if the bar is printed along the Y-axis. ***Update 09-Mar-2019:*** Full-width bumper design updated (v1.2) to make room for motors with larger footprints, such as BrotherHobby Avenger 1507. ***Update 21-Aug-2018:*** Full-width bumper design updated (v1.1) with more overlap over the arm protrusions, resulting in a snug fit that provides better protection and security.
