Acro RC airplane
thingiverse
First try building an rc airplane with a 3d printer. The result is 440 grams with the battery included. You can see performance tests of the motor with various propellers online. The motor used is a multistar V-spec 1808, which has a high torque rating. A 20A ESC is employed, but it's essential to note that this is the maximum limit if you're using a three-blade propeller. A 1000 mAh battery is also utilized in this setup. Balsa wood with a thickness of 4mm is used for reinforcement near the motor and for supporting the servos. A polyester rod is used to move the rudders, which are reinforced by cyanoacrylate glue. It's worth noting that this motor requires a specialized transmitter setting to ensure anti-clockwise rotation of the wing ailerions when connected to engine power.
