I printed a custom foregrip to test its appearance and feel. It's engineered to be compatible with extra hardware, specifically 2 M5x16mm bolts and 2 nuts - though M5x20 would also suffice. For support, I only used bottom supports, allowing for a smooth print job. When designing the hardware tolerances, I drew from my experience working with Petg, keeping in mind that PLA may slightly increase gap shrinkage. The nut holes within the grip are intentionally oversized to simplify nut installation - after securing the nuts in place, a dab of superglue helps hold them firmly.
