Acoustic guitar mount for guitar stand

Acoustic guitar mount for guitar stand

My kid needed somewhere secure to store his tiny acoustic guitar, and I didn't want another stand cluttering their room, so I came up with a solution. To create a sturdy grip, I attached white craft foam to the areas that make contact with the guitar. This foam serves as an excellent non-slip surface for the clamping parts. As always in my DIY projects, I used M3 screws (25mm long, I believe) paired with nyloc nuts and a washer between the neck bar and holder to allow for smooth rotation. The design is print-ready without any supports. I highly recommend this build for acoustic guitars only due to their weight and balance requirements.
