I made this guitar. I found it to be a little on the heavy side but it sounds bright and full. The sides, bindings and fingerboard were made of PETG plastic which I sanded to a very smooth finish. The bracing on the soundboard was printed with PETG containing carbon fibre. The soundboard and back were made from carbon fibre sheet. The neck was made from mahogany. Printing the fingerboard in plastic was, I think, the best part of this design since the fret positions are extremely accurate. Note the zero fret instead of a conventional nut. I think this type of nut is by far the best solution at the nut position since it removes most of the problems associated with a conventional nut. The zero fret needs to be a little bit higher than all the other frets. I used low profile frets in my assembly. All the parts are glued with Araldite standard adhesive. This choice of glue was made following lots of experiments and is highly recommended for glueing PETG to PETG and PETG to WOOD or carbon fibre.
