Print each part individually and they'll snap together seamlessly. I enhanced the model shown earlier by adding text to it, but unfortunately, the acorn in the CAD file remains label-free. If desired, include your name within the design using any suitable CAD software. Although this print job is lengthy, the end result will be well worth the wait!
