The plan was to create a detachable clip that could easily release when passing the access card over a turnstile or corporate access portal. In this case, two PLA-printed parts were used, with each part featuring a 5mm diameter magnet stuck to it. Magnets of other sizes can be used instead, which is why I've included the FreeCAD file so you can make any necessary modifications.
