ACO ShowerDrain S - distance blocks for metal strip

Here are three problems with the original distance holders for ACO ShowerDrain S that I was experiencing:\nthe originals were too small and did not fit well, assuming they had been shipped correctly.\nit is extremely difficult to remove the metal bar using only my fingers - one of the distance holders now features a handle that is pressed down on one side, causing the other end of the handle to rise and can be easily grasped with the fingers.\na secondary grid at these distance blocks helps prevent hair from clogging the main center grid too rapidly.\nadditional note: I have also included 123d files, allowing for adjustments in height if necessary; using the push/pull feature on 123d makes it relatively easy to do so.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter Brand:\nMakerBot\nprinter model:\nMakerBot Replicator (5th Generation)\nRafts:\nyes\nSupports:\nyes\nResolution:\n0.2mm\nInfill:\n10%\nNotes:\nonly the block with handles requires an upright print and thus supports; all other blocks can be printed without supports.\nin order to reduce unnecessary support generation, I customized the supports settings to generate supports only at angles beyond 85 degrees. This proved effective as only a small area of one block required supports and those were easily removable. To achieve similar results, navigate to custom settings and adjust "support angle" to 85.
