Rewritten text: A Bugs Bunny-inspired robot model, originally created from an episode, has been redesigned with a new bulb version that is easier to mount and glue. The 3D printing process was done using a Replicator 2 with PLA material. The large pieces, such as the body and head, were printed first followed by the remaining parts in separate batches. Each piece was scaled at 750% for better visualization. The cylindrical parts should be oriented flat on the build plate. The arms are the most complex, consisting of six pieces - shoulder, shoulder pin, upper arm, elbow, lower arm, and claw. The shoulder pin allows for posable arms when glued to the upper arm. Some smaller pieces like the gauge and power button should be painted before gluing. The body and head designs were updated with a small hole at the bottom of the head and a nib on the neck top for easy alignment during gluing. The neck and head are intentionally not centered to create a chin-like effect. Printing the head upside down ensures a flatter top surface. The eyes were softened and made rounder in the updated design, with the original eye.stl file still available for preference. Due to separate pieces, desired quality was achieved.
