3D printable replacement 44t spur gear for the Acme Condor, Cyclone, Conquistador RC car.Designed this after my son crashed his Acme Cyclone into a wall and stripped his original spur gear. Saw you could get printed versions on eBay and decided to experiment. Printed in PETG at 60% infill its survived a few crashes well and doesn't seem to need to be printed in any exotic carbon fibre filament. Maybe up the infill if you are worried about robustness.Although I haven't used them yet, have included 40t and 48t versions - these should change the acceleration/top speed characteristics, but the 44t version hasn't needed changing so haven't tried them yet to see if they make any noticeable difference (or work at all…). WARNING! Use at your own risk!Printed in PETG on an i3 Mk3S with the std 0.4mm nozzle, 60% infill, no brim or supports needed.
