My wife was getting physical therapy for her Achilles tendon. The device I came up with is very similar to the one therapists use as a stretching aid for Achilles issues. She was in the middle of physical therapy, but because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the therapy was deemed unnecessary. She told me exactly what she wanted and showed me a picture. I was able to replicate the photo, and drew this more for medical reasons than anything else. You need to print it dense enough so you can easily carry your own weight. Make sure you have stable things to hold onto as a balance aid. It's great for runners, making it easy to maintain maximum stretch with minimal effort. It's designed to be used with shoes, even though the picture shows otherwise.
