This is a protective cover for an Acerbis large fuel cap, designed to redirect the cap's vent so that a tank bag can be used on the Acerbis tanks without obstructing the gas cap vent. Two types of covers are included - one with four vent holes that should be virtually impossible to block completely, and another allowing the use of a vent line. The recommended size for the vent line is 1/4 inch (8mm) in diameter, similar to standard fuel line dimensions. The accompanying images show a DRZ400s motorcycle equipped with an Acerbis gas tank. To ensure the covers' durability, I submerged pieces of TPU in gasoline overnight and found them to be perfectly fine afterwards.
