Acer S220HQL VESA Mount
thingiverse
There are several VESA mount adapters for Acer monitors in circulation, yet none of them fit the bracket for the S220HQL, which boasts a slightly different screw spacing and placement compared to other brackets. This adaptation remakes the mounting end for the S220HQL, carving out a slot for the DVI port. Keep in mind that the hole for the DVI port only works if you're using an X-Style VESA mount. If you're attaching to a plate, you'll need to find a 90-degree adapter to connect into the DVI port. Please refer to @Juanca_M21's comments in the original post. The crucial point is that three long (about 15mm) 3mm screws must be inserted into the holes at the front of the mount to strengthen the base. Note that I usually share source code for my models, but this remix involves modifying a model not originally created in OpenSCAD, and my adaptation requires importing the STL into OpenSCAD and making adjustments, resulting in some unattractive and cumbersome code. If you genuinely need the source, leave a comment and I'll try to tidy it up and upload it for your reference.
